SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Highland Area Partnership has announced the return of the Highland Jazz and Blues Festival, set for Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Columbia Park in Shreveport’s Historic Highland Neighborhood.
Now in its 21st year, the free community event will feature three music stages, a children’s art area, a pet-friendly zone, and over 60 vendors, including artisans and food trucks.
