For the 2025 East Bank Spring Market, the Bossier Arts Council has partnered with the Bossier Parish Libraries to bring the 2025 Summer Reading Program – Color Our World to the East Bank District! Embark on a journey of art and creativity, celebrating the myriad ways in which art enriches our lives. The program is designed to inspire and engage readers of all ages through a diverse array of artistic expressions.
